The fair will be held at 3203 Holmes St. Dallas, TX 75215, where the founder and senior pastor is Rev. Dr. Michael W. Waters.
There will be Free Mammograms for women who qualify.
Generations Sunday, 2017

During Family and Friends Month, Joy Tabernacle will celebrate the generations in our church family. On Generations Sunday, October 15, 2017, everyone is asked to wear the color designated for the generation in which they were born. Check out the colors and make plans to wear YOUR color on Generation Sunday. JOYn in the fun!

Sock and Underwear Drive
This year, our Young Adult Ministry is sponsoring a Sock and Underwear Drive to help the homeless. The drive begins, Sunday, October 15th and will end Sunday, October 29th. There will be a dropbox in the foyer for your donations. This drive is to benefit the Austin Street Shelter which is one of our Outreach Initiatives Partners

Prayer Revival

Our Prayer Support Ministry is sponsoring a “Come to Jesus . . . and Rest” Prayer Revival, October 20th through October 22nd.
Here is the schedule of this event:
Friday-Saturday, 7pm-7:30am followed by a breakfast
Saturday-Sunday, 7pm-7:30am, followed by a continental breakfast
Sunday, Family Altar Call during morning worship.

For Family and Firends Sunday, October 23rd each member of the Joy and Agape Church Family is asked to invite their Family and Friends to join us for worship. We will have a special surprise for the Joy member who has the most invited guest present on this day.
Family Altar Call
To conclude our Prayer Revival, we will have a special altar call for families. This will be a part of our Family and Friends Sunday.

Our annual HOLYween Celebration will be Monday, October 30th. Youth ages 12 and under will enjoy an evening of food, fun and games. Be sure to wear your costumes - no occult or scary costumes, please. And join us for a "safe alternative" for fun and fellowship

A Taste of Joy - Family and Friends Pot Luck
On November 5th, we will close out our Family and Friends Month with a Pot Luck Dinner. Each member of the Joy and Agape is asked to bring a covered dish to share with others.
Joy and Agape Top Chef
Does your family rave over you peach cobbler? It your meatloaf lip-smacking good? Do you make the best chocolate cake this side of the Mississippi? If so, showcase your culinary skills by entering the Joy and Agape Top Chef competition. Let’s find out who will be named Joy and Agape Top Chef. Stay tuned for more information.
Joy and Agape Top Chef Junior
Our youth ages 8 to 17 are invited to show off their culinary skills during our Junior Joy and Agape Top Chef. Parents, encourage your young chefs to come and bring a dish. Who will be Joy and Agape Top Chef Junior? Stay tuned for more information
